Reach For The Stars - Exhibitors
Exhibitors! We would love to have you exhibit your STEM-related project, club, or company at the “Reach for the Stars STEM Festival” at Rice University. Bring some hands-on demos or handouts (200 girls plus chaperones).

| Location: | North Side Rice University (off Rice Blvd near entrance 20) |
| Target Audience: | Middle school girls (grades 4-8) |
| We provide: | One or two tables with 2 chairs per table, with electricity if needed. Up to three parking validations, and four lunches per booth. |
| You bring: | handouts for 200+, popup cover if desired, engaging activities for the girls |
| Setup: | 9-10 am; takedown 3:30 – 4:30 pm |
| Exhibit Hours: | 10:00-11:45 and 1:45 – 3:30 (four groups of 50 girls, each for 45 minutes) |
| Cost: | NO COST for clubs or non-profits. For-profit companies are welcome but are encouraged to make a donation to the event. |
