  Use a pack of cream filled cookies to make your own eclipse timeline
  
• Paper Plate Mask
  This hands-on activity is the construction of extended coverage area of eclipse glasses to provide extra protection for safely viewing a solar eclipse. This makes it harder to look outside the lenses on the eclipse glasses.
  
• Plastic Cup Solar Projector - co-authored by Deborah Edwards
  inexpensive solar projector using a drinking cup and a lens from a cheap pair of reading glasses
  
• Monitoring Animal Behavior
  Do the birds and animals exhibit evening behavior during the eclipse?
• Monitoring Weather during the Eclipse
  Take measurements of the temperature, wind and cloud cover during the eclipse
